Terms & Conditions
These terms are maintained by Obsidian Studio and apply to all design, development and care plan services.
Quotes and pricing
All quotes are fixed for the scope agreed in writing. Additional work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payment
Projects typically require a deposit to begin, with the balance due on launch. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Timelines
Estimated timelines assume content and feedback are supplied promptly. Delays in either may extend delivery dates.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the design and content of your website. Any third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.
Liability
We take great care in our work but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels or revenue outcomes.
